Here’s how it works:
The S1 concentrator comes complete with a 12v pump that
recirculates the water from the mixing tub (battery and tub not
included). The Vibratory Feeder is placed at the back end of the sluice.
This provides the important task of delivering the well regulated feed
that is essential to any recovery system. The vibratory feeder
work with both dry and wet concentrates and it will allow you to operate
the S-1 System unattended for long periods of time. Simply fill
the hopper, flip the switch and adjust the drop angle...its just that
easy.
What is the end result after processing your
concentrates? You will be left with 2 - 3 tablespoons of super
concentrated blacksand material that will be ready for final finishing.

Our 12v “Shaker Table” performs

a self contained, highly portable recirculating system, it works in the
Shop, at Home, or in the Field!
The Deck
Plate is made of a special Aluminum Alloy that has been produced by
State of the Art Technology that machines V-Groves into its surface by a
Computer Controlled Lathe to produce a consistent depth assuring proper
material flow.
This new
deck will not warp and will wear hard for many years.
The table
has multiple adjustment points that enables the operator to set the
material flow for any type of material cut they wish. It is “User
Friendly” and, after a relatively short learning period, He or She will
become proficient at separation and classification control. (Using a
shaker table is as much of an Art as it is a Science). Material should
be screened to 16 mesh for best results.
There are 4
discharge ports. The first collection trap will be mostly Gold with some
black sand, the second will be black sand with some Gold, the third will
be almost all black sand and the fourth will be all Gangue.

In the Spring of
2006, I produced the last of the original "Excalibur" model Power
Sluices for a customer in Vermont.
Although those that owned them developed a Love Affair with the
product, it was EXTREMELY labor intensive to produce.
It was very heavy and
frankly, because of the time it took to build and the cost of the
materials being used, it had become TOO EXPENSIVE, with the last few
units selling for $1,695.00 without engine, pump, and hoses.
Even after I had
removed Excalibur from my product line, I continued to receive
inquiries from all over the planet.
I told them that if I
could ever figure out a way to build it (with the same level of
recovery) using more efficient labor methods, satisfactory
materials, get it down to a manageable weight and the price down to

pounds so it is light enough for even a person of slight build and
strength to EASILY handle.
It can be produced in
1/3rd the labor time of the original without sacrificing quality or

The new Hopper
provides a "Slick Plate" shovel feed area where the bank run is
BLASTED with two water "CANNONS" that immediately dissolve and
stratify the material, then moves it downstream to the Reverse Wedge
Grate that is 3/8ths
at the opening and gets wider below the surface.
Being wider at
the bottom than at the opening allows the material to fan out thus
reducing the potential for clogging or plugging and keeps the
material moving into the sluice. Material larger than 3/8ths
is discharged overboard.
Materials smaller
than 12 mesh are segregated from the bulk gangue via the "EXTRACTION
RIFFLES" in the upper Flume Sluice and sent to the Lower Sluice
where the Ultra Fine Gold is captured. Nuggets and Midlings (Course
Gold) are caught in the Boil Box at the end of Upper Sluice where
they are easily removed by the special drain in the Boil Box.

end of the upper Flume. "Extraction Riffles" (Pat. Pend.) removes
